The World Humanity Commission (WHC), represented by Amb. Dr. Lopez Chukwumaeze, Special Consul on African Child Projects, Gender & Social Protections — in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) — graced the Skillup Bayelsa Convention with his presence.
In his goodwill message, Amb. Dr. Lopez commended the Lead Convener, Amb. Richard Pere Franklin, for excellently representing the Commission in Bayelsa State and for driving a vision that seeks to empower 10,000 young Bayelsans through a journey of self-discovery, productivity, and transformation.
He called on the Bayelsa State Government, as well as well-meaning individuals and organizations, to rally behind the Skillup Bayelsa Initiative, describing it as a life-changing project with far-reaching impact.
Dr. Lopez also reminded participants of his promise made during the inaugural ceremony on July 16th at the Dr. Gabriel Okara Cultural Centre — to return for the Convention and ensure the official commencement of the training. He joyfully affirmed the fulfilment of that promise at this grand event.
> “The Skillup Bayelsa Convention,” he emphasized, “is an embodiment of passion, clarity, and purpose — a movement to equip a generation for productivity and global relevance.”
